Unit Description
Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for Holy Family Hospital located in Metheun, MA. In this role you will partner with the Executive Chef and supervise a team of 6 culinary professionals, and up to 30 food service hospital workers. The Manager will work daytime hours, but some weekends and holidays will be required. We are seeking someone who is comfortable being in a leadership role and motivating others, but also has the team mentality of jumping in to assist where needed!
The successful candidate will:
- work with the Executive Chef and Operations Manager on action stations, catering, retail and patient services
- partner with the Patient Services Manager on improvements for the clinical side
- train frontline staff and production team
- oversee the Production team to ensure quality, portion control and temperatures of food for retail and patient services
- monitor HACCP logs and cleaning schedule
- conduct food and safety audits
- ensure all Sodexo standards are met

- Catering Experience preferred
- have prior experience with inventory and ordering
