Job Summary
Our Back Servers keep our restaurant running smoothly by ensuring that the restaurant is clean and ready for our guests. They move swiftly throughout the dining room, clearing tables when needed and assisting our servers in delivering food and beverages to guests. From time to time, they're prepared to do some heavy lifting and when needed, they provide our guests with hospitality that will make their dining experience exceptional.
Back Servers will
- Complete assigned pre-shift duties timely.
- Stocking and polishing glass and silverware.
- Prepare the tables, lay out napkins and utensils, replenish condiments, performing all other preparation tasks.
- Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting.
- Assist servers with running plates to tables
- Clean and reset tables
- Ensure guest requests are fulfilled
- Maintain proper dining experience; deliver items, fulfill customer needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
- Performing basic cleaning task
- Assisting with special events
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbally interacts with management, servers, team members and guests.)
- Formal table setting knowledge.
- Knowledge of formal food service procedures.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
- Understand and can communicate products and services available at the Center Club.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Work in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable setting.
- While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to talk and hear
- The incumbent frequently is required to use hands, fingers, handle or feel objects, and controls.
- The incumbent is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Job Overview and Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Job Hours: Full-Time Part-Time, Weekends, and Evenings
- Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required Experience: 2+year experience in fine dining
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift 30lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
