Description: The Judge Group is in search of an FSQA Specialist in Chicago's North Suburbs to take on an exciting key role on the FSQA team. Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain and improve FSQA programs
- Ensure facility compliance and audit readiness
- Develop & execute the company's supplier program
- Assign risk ratings to customer and consumer complaints, perform investigations accordingly
- Conduct regular internal and SQF systems audits
- Assign corrective actions / preventive actions
- Assist with SQF audit preparation
- Assist in HACCP program updates and validations as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or related
- 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing industry
- Proficiency with HACCP, SPC, OSHA, USDA regulations
- Ideally has certifications in HACCP/PCQI/SPC
- SQF experience
