Job Summary


Please Note: This position is seasonal and will require you to work weekends and some holidays during the summer and NFL Season.

*THIS IS NOT A JANITORIAL POSITION*


Summary: Supervises, coordinates, and controls the food safety & sanitation practices within the location.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Ensure Levy employees and partners comply with all relevant food safety standards and codes.

+ Assist with keeping the food safety program up-to-date and ensure all staff know how and when to manage records.

+ Perform checks on the business for any breaches of food safety & sanitation.

+ Identify any potential food safety hazards and implement control measures.

+ Ensure all staff members receive the proper training on food safety practices.

+ Monitor all employees in the workplace and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.

+ Handle any issues of noncompliance when they arise.

+ Act as a point of contact for all food handlers and food safety authorities.

+ Maintains appropriate sanitation records and files.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.
