About the Job

The primary responsibilities of a Server are to exemplify Western Hospitality, provide our
guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by attentive, gracious and friendly service.
A professional Server will be thoroughly familiar with the product, table service, responsible
bar/alcohol service, cash control, proper merchandising and sales techniques.
