Food Service Director - Long-Term Healthcare Facility

Schedule: Full Time

Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000/ annually

A Senior Living Community located in the Albany, NY area is seeking a full-time Dining Director to plan, organize, implement, evaluate and direct all physical and social aspects of the dining services department. 

Required Qualifcations: 

• Five (5) or more years Culinary Experience in the hospitality industry
• Three (3) or more years expirence in food service management required
• Food handlers permit as required by state law and/or company standards
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation, cooking, and service
• Obtain Food Handlers Permit (as required by state regulations)
• Certification for Food Handling preferred
