Food Service Director - South County Nursing and Rehabilitation

 Lakeside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full time Food Service Director to join our management team! The primary purpose of this position is to plan, develop and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, OSHA, local standards, guidelines, and regulations. This position will work with the Dietitian, and is directed by the Administrator to assure that the highest degree of quality meal service is maintained at all times. Qualifications for this postion include a minimum, two years dietary experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility or other related medical facility. Qualified candidates must also be currently registered as a Rhode Island Manager Certified in Food Safety.
