Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Food Service Manager 2 to join our team at Black and Decker Cafe in Towson MD!  The Food Landscape is made up of 1 Corporate Cafe that serves Breakfast and Lunch, Coffee Service and Catering Operations.  

The Food Service Manager 2 will be the Number 2 on site reporting to the General Manager/Chef Manager. The Food Service Manager will cover for the GM in absence.  Other duties will inlcude but not limited to:

• Oversee the day to day operation
• Heavily involved with catering, ensuring catering deliveries are on time
• Overseeing the smooth transition of meal services
• Ordering
• Inventory
• Invoicing with the General Manager
• Leading and developing a team of 8 to 10 hourly employees with the General Manger

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire).  Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
