Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Food Service Manager 2, Food, for Williamsport Home, a retirement community located in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The Food Service Manager will report to the General Manager and will oversee the skilled care dining operations serving approximately 120 residents. Typical shift will be 7:00am - 3:30pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage.

Are you the experienced Food Service Manager were seeking?
We are looking for candidates who will:
- have oversight of daily food service operations for skilled care residents (dining room service, tray service);
- deliver high quality food service;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships;
- develop strategic plans;
- create a positive environment; and
- ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have:
- previous food service management experience;
- experience with ordering and inventory;
- strong leadership and management skills with a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
- knowledge of special diets is a plus;
- the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
- the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
- working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
