Provides a high level of supervision for food service department to ensure the highest quality meal service and superior customer service in both the patient and retail area. Trains, motivates and ensures the smooth day-to-day work flow of the food service workers. Oversees operations to ensure food safety and quality measures are a priority. Licensed Food Safety Manager (Can obtain within 1 month of hire. Minimum 1 year experience in Food Services. Supervisory experience preferred.
