Summary The FMWRC mission is to create and maintain "FIRST CHOICE" MWR products and services for America's Army, essential to a ready, self-reliant force.This position is located at the JBLM Bowling Alley. Responsibilities Performs a variety of tasks having several steps or a sequence of tasks that requires attention to work operations in a kitchen or dining area following established procedures. Serves food by order and proper proportion. Break down and cleans tables and area when meal is finished and returns dishes and food to the kitchen area. Operates, break downs, and cleans all equipment assigned to the area for food preparation. Clean kitchen equipment such as worktables, sinks and refrigerators. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors. Cleans exhaust vents, hoods, windows, ceilings, and walls. Cleans and sanitizes trash cans; disposes of trash. May unload and store food from delivery truck. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications 1. Ability to understand and follow simple instructions.2. Must be able to use hand tools for cleaning and operating simple machines. FWS Allowances and Differentials This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position. All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Hiring Cash Bonus up to the amount of $1,000 is authorized. Flexible positions are eligible to receive a $1,000 cash award after 6 of employment when they have worked an average of 20 hours per week. Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
