Qualifications and Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED Required.
Under the supervision of the Chef and Food Service Manager, keeps kitchen, pots and pans clean, sanitized and organized. Help with prep and service of desserts, breads, milks. Help with service and distribution of meals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists in portioning entrees, desserts, etc.
- Prepares and properly labels drivers bags.
- Assists with cleaning and organizing of pots, pans, kitchen and storage areas.
- Understands and assists in preparation and service of evening meal.
- Fills requisition sheet for sites.
- Performs daily cleaning and sanitizing assignments.
