Culinary Team Members: Our Team Members start their Culinary Career learning the front and back of the Dining Services Industry. In a hospitality driven, multi dining outlet setting, you will perform duties to include plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas, or assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Must bring a strong work ethic, a SMILE and enjoy working in a TEAM environment
Line and Prep Cooks: Prepare and present DELICIOUS meals and IMPRESSIVE presentations following our Executive Chef Menus. Ability to inventory and portion ingredients. Additionally, assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Experience as a cook or culinary schooling would be ideal but we willing to train the right person with a passion for food.
Dietary Aids (Patient Food Service): Our Team of Dietary Aids ensure our patients and residents receive AMAZING in-room meals with unexpected service and smiles! Under the guidance of our Clinical Dietitian staff, our Dietary Aids ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions. Our servers assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery and removal of food trays with strong focus on HOSPITALITY and demonstrating compassion and amazing service to our guest Patients and Residents.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience desired but OPEN to train candidates with a passion for food and understands the basics
- Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning

Basic Job Discription for Runner
Responsibilities: To support the mission and goals of the Food and Nutrition Services Department. Team work and group cooperation is expected.
Use clean, gloved hands when handling ready to use dishes, plates, utensils, etc.. Before putting on a new pair of gloves, wash your hands.
Assure, that the set up of a red sanitizer bucket with Sink & Sanitizer solution and green bucket with Sink & Sanitizer are placed at workstations. Change out the both solutions every 2 hours or more frequently if it becomes dirty.
Any and all down time will be filled with cleaning up stations and cleaning lists.
Throughout entire shift:
- Clean as you go.
- Restock items.
- Fill cups and do silverware as needed.
- Assist with helping others as needed.
- Assist in bring out dishes, cups and silverware
- Use the Cleaning list and complete cleaning tasks in down time.
- Assure that TEMP LOGS are completed daily.
- Empty the garbage cans at both scales.
- Cannot Leave the work area unless an authorized and suitable person has been appointed to relieve you.
- Cleaning dishes, silverware & pot & pans
- When you empty a cart with dirty dishes, make sure that the cart is sprayed off and cleaned. This must be completed each time before returning the cart to the kitchen area.
- Making sure that all of the dishes are clean and ready to use.
- Do not stack the plates, bowls, pots and pans on top of each other if they are wet. Spread the pot & pans out on the racks until they are dry then stack them accordingly.
