The National Security Sector, Homeland & Force Protection Business Area at Leidos currently has an opening for a Program Manager Force Protection to work in our San Antonio, TX office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Army’s Force Protection mission. In this mission provide force protection expertise, systems/solutions and emergency management expertise to end users at Army installations.

Responsibilities – Work you’ll do:
Reporting to the Force Protection Portfolio Manager and the individual will Manage a program supporting US Army in the US and CONUS.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Bachelors’ Degree with 12 years of applicable experience in Army force protection, emergency management, National Incident Management System and project management or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance within 60 days of employment.
Must experience in working with Army installation DES personnel, IMCOM and OPMG.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education – Favorable if you have:
Additional desired skills; former military police corps/law enforcement background, PMP, CEM, PSP certificate(s).

Pay Range:
Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
