A client automotive dealership has immediate openings for experienced Ford Master and Senior Master Technicians. This is a high-volume service shop. Our client Ford dealership offers a substantial customer base and there is no limit to your earning potentials. The right individuals will be part of a team that are highly skilled, focused on quality for their clients, doing things right the first time, and ensuring the top quality to every vehicle.
Job Description:
- Ford Certified Master Technician
- A-B Level Technician
- Bumper-to-Bumper
- Ability to follow Ford diagnostic procedure.
- Expert level in diagnosing and repairing vehicles up to manufacturers standards.
- Repairing, setting up, and diagnosing engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Including gas, diesel, hybrid, and/or EV.
- Ability to diagnosis, repair, and fix vehicles right the first time.
- Train, coach, mentor, and motivate technicians under you.
Experience/Background:
- Ford Certified Master Technician is preferred, but will consider other Master Technicians from other OEMs.
- Ford Certifications are current (Preferred), but if not current, less than 4 years since last at a Ford dealership.
- High-level of positive energy
- Operates solely on Integrity and Honesty.
- Positive Attitude, hardworking, reliable, and professional.
- Diesel Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to train or mentor technicians.
