Foreclosure Litigation Attorney
Our client is a highly respected law firm with a strong focus on foreclosure litigation, recognized for delivering top-tier legal services to clients across Arkansas. The firm is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Foreclosure Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated attorney to advance their career in a collaborative and dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload of foreclosure and real estate litigation matters.
- Draft and review foreclosure complaints, motions for summary judgment, and other pleadings.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials, representing lenders or servicers in foreclosure proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements and loan modifications when appropriate.
- Provide strategic legal counsel and advocacy on foreclosure defense, property rights, and lien enforcement.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy, risk assessments, and client advisories.
Qualifications:
- 1-10 years of foreclosure litigation experience (experience in real estate litigation is a plus but not required).
- Must be Bar licensed in Arkansas, in good standing.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to handle a large caseload efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with both judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes preferred.
