Foreman - Career Connections, Inc

Summary:
Experienced Foreman needed for a busy construction/carpentry company that does business in Southeastern Ohio. Their location is in Meigs County, but they work at job sites in about five different counties. Will be supervising the installation of various building materials at different job site locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing carpentry and supervisory tasks such as building doors and fixtures, providing direction and feedback to team members, reading and interpreting blueprints, etc.

This is a temporary-to-direct, full-time position hiring immediately. The standard schedule is first shift, Monday through Friday, however, some jobs might require a different schedule, such as 4/10s or similar. No weekends, no overtime. Starting pay is $25/hour. Benefits like health insurance are not currently available.

Qualifications:

• Extensive construction/carpentry project management experience is required.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a variety of people and tasks.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• This employer requires requires a pre-employment drug screen at offer stage.
