The Opportunity – Electrician - Foreman

We are seeking an engaging, detailed oriented team member for the Electrical Foreman Position!

As a foreman, you will be the leader on a residential project serving, not only our Project Managers, but the General Contractors as well. The critical component of this role is to lead a team of electricians, map out the project and execute with a high standard of excellence. In this role you will interact primarily with our Project Managers, Project Coordinators, electricians in the field, and our office staff. This position is a leadership role and always requires leaders to positively influence the outlook of the job, along with the attitudes, and work ethic of their electricians on site.

Ideal Candidates: Electrician - Foreman

• Task focused and able to respond, engage and create a pathway to success on the job site
• Possess a wide variety of troubleshooting abilities to resolve issues accurately and effectively
• Skillful in effective communication with their electricians, and the general contractors that they work with
• Strong knowledge of NEC Electric code
• Must be able to lift 75lbs, climb ladders and scaffolding
• Required to have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with an -insurable driving record
• Required to have a minimum of two years previous experience running work of comparable size
• Strong attention to detail of materials and hours used on project
• Keeps safety as top priority

Exceptional Candidates: Electrician - Foreman

• Have 5 or more years of experience running work of a comparable or larger scale
• Can plan, implement, and deliver goals in a project’s timeline
• Love bringing innovative solutions to light
• Have a strong sense of urgency and follow up
• Enjoy serving others and delivering a client experience
