LOOKING FOR FULL TIME DAYSHIFT WORK? 

Job Title: Forging Operator
Looking for a career-minded individual with mechanical aptitude who is open to training and is capable and willing to pick up and learn new positions in an industrial forging shop.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up an operation of multiple automatic forging machines, while ensuring proper program execution on each.

Load and unload components and finished parts from forging machines.
- Complete preliminary dimensional inspection and multiple in process dimensional inspections of finished products throughout the shift

Perform visual inspection and machine testing of finished product to maintain quality standards.

Meet production targets and deadlines during shift.

Ability to accurately measure with a measuring tape, standard rule, digital caliper, and digital micrometer.
Additional Assets:
•
Knowledge of or willing to learn how to measure with radius gauges and Optical comparators.
•
Forklift experience a plus but not required.
