Forklift Operator - Night Shift - All StarZ Staffing & Consulting, LLC

All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Forklift Operator for an immediate opening with a packaging company in Auburn, WA (near Auburn Memorial Stadium). We're looking for someone with general warehouse and forklift experience to run freight on the night shift. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity - this company prefers to promote from within!


Pay for the Forklift Operator:

• $22 per hour
• $1.50 shift differential (once switched to nights)
• Quarterly production bonus
• OT Bonus program ($100 bonus per OT shift)
• Attendance incentives

Job Location:

• Auburn, WA, near Auburn High School and Auburn Memorial Stadium
• Bus line accessible: The job site is just a 9-minute walk from the nearest King County Metro stop (Route 160)
• Conveniently located near a grocery store

Schedule for the Forklift Operator:

• Night shift
• Rotating schedule
• 7pm-7am (7am – 7pm while training)
• OT opportunities available 
• OT opportunities available (plus OT bonus!)

Forklift Operator Duties:

• Operate forklift to pull materials for shipment orders and the manufacturing team
• Maintain physical inventory using an inventory program
• Provide a positive customer service experience
• Maintain a safe working environment

Forklift Operator Qualifications:

• Must have prior forklift experience
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Must have basic math skills to assist with inventory counts
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance
• Available to work occasional overtime
• Available for initial training on the day shift
