Forklift Operators - Spherion

Spherion is hiring Forklift Operators in East Liberty, OH.

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3PM - 11:00PM
3rd Shift : Sunday night through Friday morning - 11PM - 7AM

Pay is $18.20/hr
Weekly Pay
Temp to Hire after 320 hours!

Responsibilities:
Operate various material-handling equipment, including trucks and forklifts.
Assist with the receiving, storing, and movement of materials within the warehouse.
Manage material handling processes to ensure safe and efficient flow of goods.
Perform tasks related to receiving, loading, and unloading materials.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience
Receiving experience preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, usage, and maintenance.
Familiarity with raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost-efficiency strategies.
Prior experience in transportation, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus
