FORKLIFT OPERATOR
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Forklift Operator for a Production Company in Jasper, TN. In this role, you will be operating forklift equipment and assisting throughout the plant as needed in various departments. This position is full-time temp to hire.
Pay Rate
1st shift: $15.50 per hour
2nd shift: $17.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
1st shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
2nd shift: 2:30pm-1:30am Monday-Friday
Forklift Operator Duties & Responsibilities
• Drive forklift to assist with the movement of materials to be processed
• Responsible for raw material and finished goods
• Handling, loading and unloading trucks
• Distribution of material to warehouse or production lines.
Forklift Operator Qualifications and Requirements
• Walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision; distance vision; peripheral vision; depth perception
• Work around extreme cold (non-weather) and extreme heat (non-weather).
• Regularly lift 50 pounds, up to 75 pounds
• Background check and drug screen required
