Your New Role
As a key player in our foundation repair team, you’ll be at the forefront of tackling some of the most unique construction challenges out there. You’ll be hands-on with projects ranging from NASA launch pads to theme park rollercoasters, solving problems others won’t touch.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Inspecting residential, commercial, and industrial structures for foundation issues.
- Performing advanced diagnostic tests with specialized equipment.
- Executing repair techniques such as slab lifting, pier installation, and crack sealing.
- Collaborating with project managers to develop tailored repair strategies.
- Documenting procedures and findings with precision.
- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment safely.
- Communicating with clients to explain processes and recommendations.
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects moving smoothly.

- Willingness to work hard, be coachable, and demonstrate a readiness to learn, regardless of prior experience in foundation repair or related fields
- Ability and willingness to travel, often at short notice, to job sites that may require stays of varying durations, including days, weeks, or months, with weekend travel back to home base
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments and schedules, with a commitment to performing duties efficiently and effectively
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions and environments.
- Knowledge of basic tools; tape measure, drill, etc - a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with clients as needed
- Compliance with safety regulations and protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for oneself and others
- Willingness to undergo training and education provided by Consel Inc. to develop the necessary skills and knowledge for the role
- Must have reliable transportation
- Valid Drivers license & Clean Driving Record - Must be able to be covered by company insurance
- 3+ years of driving history
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
