About the Job
Foundation Technician needed! Will train, full time, Year-round work. Must have a valid driver’s license. This position consists of working at residential and commercial new construction sites. We’re a family owned and operated company and are looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our team We offer an attractive wage and benefit package.
Job Responsibilities:
- Applying Delta MS and installing Interra and core GPS board.
- Applying rigid foam board to foundation walls.
- Applying TND (waterproofing membrane) to foundation walls.
- Applying Horizon boards to the exterior of newly built homes.
- Job site preparation.
- Job site cleanup.
- Maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Inventory of material and supplies.
Required for This Position:
- Ability to work from a ladder.
- Able to be on your feet all day.
- Work outside (Spring, Summer, fall and winter- rain & shine).
- Pull heavy weighted hoses.
- Lift 50lbs
Compensation and Benefits:
- Weekly direct deposit payroll.
- Hourly pay (Not piece work).
- Time and a half for work over 40 hours per week.

Starting Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
