About the Role:
As the Founding Customer Success hire, you will lead customer success operations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. You will help grow the company's success while working directly with the leadership team to refine the product and platform based on feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the customer success journey, providing exceptional support to B2B tech customers.
- Work closely with leadership to influence product development based on customer feedback.
- Help drive the company's rapid growth and customer retention.
- Navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Build scalable processes and lead a team as the company grows.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in customer success roles, particularly in early-stage, high-growth environments.
- Experience supporting B2B customers in tech.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with high ownership and responsibility.
- Strong customer empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Excitement to work in-office with the team in NYC.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to $130,000
- Equity: 0.4%
