The Role:
As Account Executive, you'll be one of our first sales hires. You will own sales in beachhead market, in which we've grown over 400% so far in 2023. We will count on you to close the large deals that will accelerate our growth toward Series A and beyond.

As Account Executive, you'll be one of our first sales hires. You will own sales in beachhead market, in which we've grown over 400% so far in 2023. We will count on you to close the large deals that will accelerate our growth toward Series A and beyond.
You Will:
- Sell to mid-market and enterprise sales leads in beachhead market.
- Monitor pipeline to create new processes and sales materials that maintain fast growth.
- Provide regular, data-grounded updates on pipeline health to the team.
- Design and execute multi-vector, meticulously personalized plans to reach and convert VIP contacts in our beachhead market.
- Autonomously collect qualitative feedback from customers and quantitative feedback from reporting software on lead quality and adapt qualification processes as necessary to maintain high conversion rates across the sales process.
- Proactively interface with product to understand and take advantage of the selling points of new features.
- Follow up with pleasant persistence.
- Work directly with the founders, Joe and Jake, daily and be counted on to tell them when they're wrong.
Must have:
- Experience of of b2b business or sales development.
- Proven track record of exceptional performance.
Nice to have:
- Experience at a pre Series B startup.
- Experience in home services verticals like Solar, Roofing, Pest Control, Home Improvement.
