As the Founding Head of Sales, you will be a hands-on leader: selling our product, developing an effective sales process, and building the team.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop our inbound and outbound sales process.
- Reach out to inbound leads, trial users, and past customers and help them accomplish their goals using the product.
- Research and identify prospects from target accounts and execute outbound sales outreach.
- Write personalized and engaging messages focused on providing value and assistance (not automated).
- Demo how the product can help users accomplish their goals and provide the most ROI.
- Build relationships and provide a superior prospect experience to our inbound leads, trial users, and past customers.

- Business leadership experience.
- Desire to roll up the sleeves and dive into the weeds.
- Organized, goal-oriented. Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Work independently, a fast learner in an unstructured environment.
- Analytical skills, detail-oriented, able to help customers solve problems.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $120K - $180K OTE
- 0.1% - 0.25% Equity

- Full-time, salaried position located remote in the United States.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales leader hiring and managing AEs.
- 5+ years of experience selling software products (not services) to mid-size B2B companies (not Enterprise) using a free trial model.
- 3+ years of inbound and 3+ years of outbound experience.
- Ability to become an expert in the product quickly.
- Track record of high achievement in current and previous roles.
- Strong and demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills.
