Fountain Worker, Starbucks (Lead) - Resorts World Las Vegas

Summary Statement:

The Fountain Worker will be responsible for setting the stage for the guest experience with a welcoming smile and exceptional service. The role will provide the highest quality of Food and Beverage service in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:

• Process customer orders and payments utilizing company POS system.
• Unloading and Stocking product as required.
• Coordinate floor duties for Baristas on shift.
• Package order as per guest's preference with essential condiments.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized work area.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Qualifications: – Includes but is not limited to:

• Ability to work varied shifts (morning, swing, and overnight), including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.

Preferred:

• Starbucks certification preferred, but certified training will be provided upon hire.
• Previous experience working in a similar position within a hospitality establishment.
• Previous experience as a Lead Barista in a coffee shop setting.

 Minimum Education and Experience:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months of high-volume counter or fast-food experience in a similar or related field.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain the following:
