FP&A Analyst at Rezult Group

Responsibilities

• Leverage analytics such as contribution margin, cash flow, and benchmarking to guide decision-making and support key initiatives for the Financial Operations and Operations teams
• Analyze monthly and quarterly facility performance against budget, forecast, and previous period.
• Create presentations for quarterly surgery center and joint venture board meetings, assist in presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Prepare monthly financial/operational reports.
• Build financial models and projections for future business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business field - accounting, finance or related.
• 3+ years of finance or related experience preferred, including experience with financial reporting/analysis, budget analysis, and presenting financial findings.
• Self starter, ability to work with various internal and external partners, highly analytical.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
