FP&A Director at KBW Financial

A successful SaaS company located in Boston, MA is actively seeking a Director of FP&A to join their team. SaaS experience is a must-have for this position. Very flexible schedule but candidate MUST live in New England to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Business partnering with department heads
• 3-statement financial modeling
• Presenting to Executive Leadership 

Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of FP&A experience, must have SaaS experience
• Must have worked for a PE-backed company
• CPA preferred but not required
• Management experience 

Compensation Package: Up to $175,000 depending on experience + bonus & equity
