Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on FP&A Senior Manager/Director to join a forward-thinking finance team. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, the ideal candidate will leverage strong FP&A expertise with a touch of accounting knowledge to support high-impact financial planning and analysis across a dynamic organization. This player-coach role is ideal for someone who can guide the FP&A function while being ready to dive into detailed financial analysis, collaborating closely with accounting to drive operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Lead monthly financial analysis, forecasting, and long-term planning to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Prepare summary insights for management and the Board.
- Strategic Insights: Partner with stakeholders to provide timely, detailed, and actionable insights on business performance and guide strategic decision-making.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting processes, including variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior period results, while identifying and addressing emerging issues.
- Revenue Optimization: Support cost and profitability analysis for new deals and re-contracting of existing agreements, especially around recurring revenue and signage installation project costing.
- Collaboration with Accounting: Work closely with the accounting team on month-end close, ensuring accurate data alignment, and support interdepartmental financial initiatives.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed to provide actionable insights for decision-making and respond to evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in FP&A, ideally with some exposure to accounting. Open to Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level depending on strategic aptitude and ability to be hands-on.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with financial software, and the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively. Experience with project accounting is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach with a player-coach mentality.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
