About the Job
- Business partnering across multiple product lines to support long range planning, financial performance, tracking KPI's, and annual planning
- FP&A Manager will analyze business trends and market analysis and make recommendations towards enhancing business profitability and reducing expenses
- Prepare reports and presentations on business performance and financial results for the executive leadership team
- Develop complex financial models for various ad-hoc reports and business analysis
- As a FP&A Manager, you will maintain revenue forecasting models and support business units reporting
- Develop and utilize various data driven tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.) and enhance data utilization
Requirements:
- BS degree in Finance, MBA a plus
- 5+ years of large company FP&A or Banking/Consulting industry
- Experience working with large data sets
- Strong financial modeling, Excel and Power BI skills
- Strong presentations skills
- Retail industry a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
