Overview of the FP&A Manager role:

• Annual budget process
• Analyze KPIs
• Maintain and develop budgeting, forecasting and cash flow forecasting
• Create and maintain financial models
• ad hoc reporting

Preferred Qualifications FP&A Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
• 5 years or more of previous work experience
• MBA and CPA is preferred
• Proficient in MS Dynamics is a plus
• Manufacturing or distribution industry is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, attention to detail, problem solving
• Proficient knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable concepts and practices
