Description
EnFin seeks an experienced and energetic team member to lead financial planning and risk analysis functions for the company’s solar financing vertical. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position on a fast-growing team with an opportunity to contribute to overall strategy and success of the business.
Major responsibilities include risk management experiences to perform the critical role of managing the financial controlling, risk analysis coming from loan receivables and delinquencies, contract/sales volumes forecast, and relevant in-depth analysis that is sequentially associated with EnFin’s securitization executions.
In this role you will need to be creative and collaborative with problem solving skills and execute team wide initiatives, working closely with EnFin’s RM and sales/business development teams. So, the ideal candidate is a motivated team-player who is both detail-oriented and able to contribute to overall strategic vision. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders is key and experience in the fintech lending sector is a strong plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a FP&A Manager, you will need to manage the following:
- Delinquency management and loan receivables aging analysis from financial perspectives
- Measuring expected credit losses and loss reserve allowances, Non-Performing Loan (NPL) valuation including roll-rate, default rate, and loss rate management for partner installers and consumers
- Loan contract and sales (based on PTO, permit to operate) forecast and in-depth analysis
- Building financial crisis management system by integrated risk analysis and contingency plans
- Lead and assist all aspects of P&L forecasting and reporting, including driving the monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles based on the sales planning and risk management analysis
- Participate in ad hoc special projects for the team as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or another business-related field.
- 10+ years of professional FP&A
- 5+ years experience risk management in banking or solar financing
- Experience in the fintech and/or B2B2C lending sectors is preferred
- Working at the San Francisco office is preferred
- CPA and professional experiences at an accounting firm is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Self-motivated leadership and team player and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
