About the Job
- FP&A Manager will prepare monthly analyses of business trends and budget variance of financial results and Key Performance Indicators to be used in management reviews and strategic business analysis sessions
- Actively involved in the execution of company target setting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning process
- Supports the Consolidation and Reporting function in the production, delivery and optimization of reporting packages, presentation materials and operational/financial dashboards used by the Executive team, business and functional teams and investor relations
- Develop in-depth analysis of the business financial performance, focus on the key drivers impacting results, advise on risk and opportunities, and recommend action plans, including gap closures, considerations for managing costs, and growing revenue and profitability
- Support Financial Ad-hoc analysis and requests across FP&A operations team
- As a FP&A Manager, you will develop, support, and maintain operational models to support internal decision-making processes and external stakeholder discussions
- Analyze detailed finance and accounting processes to identify improvement opportunities in the following areas: Internal and external reporting; Inclusion/usage of non-financial metrics; Segment financials and performance management; Budgeting and forecasting capabilities; Cash flow optimization and the use of capital; Act as an advisor to operating teams looking to identify financial risks and opportunities of their business units
Requirements:
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
- 5 years of relatable experience, with at least 3 years of specific FP&A experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel (financial modeling and analytical techniques) and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, business acumen and ability to be seen as a trusted business partner by the functional operating segments
- Demonstrates key competencies to include results orientation with a strong sense of urgency; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
