About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hardware Design Engineer to provide FPGA debug support for firmware development activities for an ASIC prototyping project. This role involves close collaboration with a team of engineers, and may require some Verilog RTL development as the project demands.
Responsibilities:
- Provide FPGA debug support for firmware development activities.
- Develop and debug FPGA designs.
- Collaborate closely with a team of engineers to build prototyping systems.
- Conduct tests to verify the functionality of prototyping systems and FPGA systems.
- Develop Verilog RTL as needed for the project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in coding.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FPGA programming with Verilog.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with embedded microprocessor systems.
- Extensive experience with Verilog, C, and assembly languages.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work closely with a team of other engineers.
- Experience with Synopsys HAPS preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of debugging experience preferred.
Top 3 Skills Required:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in programming FPGAs using Verilog.
- At least 10 years of extensive coding experience in various languages including Verilog, C, and assembly.
- At least 3 years of experience working with embedded microprocessor systems.
