Role: FPGA Designer

Client:  DOD-Aerospace

Location: Orlando, FL

Duration: 1-year contract

Hourly Rate: up to $100/hr (W2, non-benefited)

Due to the nature of work performed within the facility, US citizenship is required with the ability to obtain Interim Secret Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, verify, and document FPGA development.
• Architect, design, and simulate systems, handling aspects from high-level design to synthesis, place and route, and timing and power utilization.
• Conduct experimental tests and evaluations using specialized equipment.
• Assist circuit card designers with trade studies.
• Draft and release design requirement specifications.
• Debug and troubleshoot FPGA-related issues in a production environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• FPGA Design and Verification: 12+ years
• C/C++ Programming: 7+ years
• Intel Processors for Embedded Real-Time Systems: 4+ years
• FPGA Hardware Integration and Design Validation (Including Simulation Validation): 12+ years
• Embedded Systems: 6+ years
• Programmable Logic Controls (PLC): 2-4 years
• C++: 6+ years (advanced level)
• HDLBASE: 4-6 years
• Code Documentation and Processing: 6+ years
• Hardware: 6+ years
• Hardware Integration: 6+ years
• Programming: 6+ years
• Simulation: 4-6 years

Desired Skills:
