Responsibilities:
1. Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
2. Lead the development and implementation of marketing presentations for new and existing products.
3. Coordinate and execute new product launches, ensuring all aspects are effectively communicated and delivered on time.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor products, and potential areas of growth.
5. Track brand development and performance, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
7. Use your prospecting skills to identify and engage potential new customers.
8. Work closely with the production team to ensure product quality and consistency.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all account objectives are met.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in marketing presentations, new product launches, and market research.
3. Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
4. Proven track record in account management, with a focus on growing and developing existing accounts.
5. Experience in territory sales and prospecting, with the ability to identify and engage potential new customers.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track brand development and performance.
8. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
