Need to hire 5 Freelancers
Seeking a customer service representative to call phone leads for a few hours per day to validate phone numbers, obtain feedback from customers, ask qualifying questions and answer basic questions about our product and in some cases confirm next steps to manage customer expectations.
We own and operate financial websites where customers sign up to be matched with our financial clients that provide services to them. We are looking for someone with experience with out-bound calls (call center or in-house) in a similar capacity that can call the leads we generate to validate information, give instructions on next steps and manage customer expectations. Script and talking points will be provided and we will rely on you to modify and provide feedback as the campaigns evolve.
Must be highly accountable and organized with call notes, feedback to management, work to improve contact and qualification rates over time as we review findings, share feedback internally and adjust communication strategy.

- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Proven working experience in software development
- Working experience in iOS development
- Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store
- A deep familiarity with Objective-C and Cocoa Touch
- Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
