Freelance Production Artist (part-time ongoing contract)

Onsite/Remote: This is a fully remote position

Management Concepts is looking to collaborate with a skilled freelance production artist for our Creative Services team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has excellent time managementskills and can produce a high volume of print and digital assets within tight deadlines while maintaining brand and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Utilize and develop a working understanding of Management Concepts’ brand guidelines.

·       Partner with instructional course designers to develop impactful visuals for training materials, such as infographics, flowcharts, process graphics, and job aids that effectively communicate complex educational topics.

·       Demonstrate strong independent problem-solving skills while actively collaborating with the Creative Services team.

·       Ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.

·       Able to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines.

·       Follow guidelines for file organization and naming conventions.

·       Interact regularly with team members as needed for completion of assigned projects.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or fine arts.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative department or agency.
• Familiarity with design principles.
• Digital portfolio demonstrating completed design projects.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, layout techniques, and typography.
• Familiarity with current multimedia, web, and print trends.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Section 508 compliance is advantageous.
