About the Job
A real estate finance company located in Chevy Chase, MD seeks a long-term temporary Front Desk Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors into office space.
- Keep common areas neatly in order.
- Track inventory and order supplies.
- Handle meeting logistics.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with financial management by processing invoices and employee expenses.
- Other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and execute tasks in a timely manner.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Must want to be an administrative assistant.
Rate: $22 per hour.
