Front Desk / Administrative Assistant - Penn Psychiatric Center

We are looking for an Front Desk Administrative Assistant for our growing outpatient mental health facility. It is a Part time position for the night shift, which is flexible with the office closing at 8:00pm. No weekends or holidays! We promote from within and provide growth. The office is located in Collegeville, PA.

Duties include:
- Providing word processing, general clerical and receptionist support to the Administrative Office.
- Greet and interact with clients appropriately, demonstrating a welcoming attitude, through phone or direct contact.
- Answer phones and route messages promptly and appropriately.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using electronic medical records system.
- Reconcile cash and credit card copayments daily.
- Process mail, faxes and maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
- Interact with co-workers in a helpful manner and foster high morale.

Requirements

Organizational skills!

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Medical office and EMR experience is a big plus.

Benefits

Hourly position $15 - $17 per hour*

*Rate is highly dependent on experience and worker classification
