Job Description:
- Answer busy phones
- Greet and attend to incoming customers
- Communicate messages and transfer calls
- Verify and attach all applicant documentation
- Review applications for completeness and accuracy
- Conduct Candidate Reference Checks
- Provide application assistance
- Update candidate availability status
- Perform Background checks
- Request verifications of employment
- Maintain the supply cabinets
- Maintain the lobby area clean and orderly
- Follow security procedures
- Maintain reception log

- A minimum of one year of Receptionist or Front Desk experience
- A minimum of one year of Office Administrative experience
- Excellent typing, communication, and multitasking skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish
- Proficiency in Excel a plus
- Clean Background
- Drug-free workplace
- Computer literate
- A minimum of one year of Customer Service experience
- A minimum of 2 years of College
- A minimum of one year of Receptionist or Front Desk experience
- A minimum of one year of Office Administrative experience
