Front Desk Administrator
Full-Time | San Diego, CA
Our client is seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join their exceptional team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role supports both the Patient Care Coordinator and the Office Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include (but may not be limited to):
- Answering calls and directing inquiries as needed
- Assisting with general office organization
- Scanning documents and creating patient charts
- Supporting the Patient Care Coordinator and Office Manager with various tasks
- Helping maintain the overall efficiency of the office
- Schedule consultation, surgeries, and preoperative appointments
- Reschedule surgeries as needed
- Adding last minute procedures for patients
- Collect payment information
- Strategically analyze the schedule for high optimization of Doctor’s time
- Some data entry into our patient database
- Answer questions regarding pricing, deposit process, scheduling, cancellation and
- rescheduling policies
- Meet and greet patients

Requirements:
- Strong desire to learn and contribute
- Available to work 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday
