Front Desk Associate - Tandym

A leading provider of specialized quality care for substance abuse, with more than 80 addiction centers across the US is seeking front desk support to assist with administrative tasks for the organization.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Length of Assignment: 6 weeks
• Location: On-site daily

Responsibilities

• Answering phones, they use a switchboard just transfer callers to the appropriate extensions
• Forward messages and voice mails each morning to the appropriate contact
• Handles mail sorting
• Deals with all deliveries
• Handles catering for different offices

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of Customer Service/Front Desk experience
• Personable and has the ability to multitask
