We are looking for a Front Desk Attendant to support our Tower Senior Apartments in Minneapolis, MN! Serving as an ambassador of the community during non-business hours, this position provides building oversite and a customer experience that will always be remembered with the highest level of responsiveness. This receptionist schedule includes;
+ Casual/On call
+ Day, Evening or Overnight (NOC) shifts available
+ Must work a minimum of 3 shifts a month; 2 being on the weekend and 1 holiday a year

+ Acknowledge and greet all residents, guests, staff, volunteers and vendors with utmost courtesy and urgency, opening doors and providing assistance where appropriate and possible
+ Assure prompt and positive action on all resident service opportunities including requests, complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions. Attempt to resolve them and/or elevate to the appropriate building staff per building policy. Follow-up with clients to assure successful completion
+ Answer the telephone, using professional telephone etiquette, taking accurate messages and ensuring their delivery
+ Clearly communicate issues and outcomes to building manger, supervisor and following shift
+ Keep lobby/common spaces and entry neat and clean and welcoming to residents and visitors
+ No previous experience required, but prefer work experience in a customer service setting
+ Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive demeanor required
+ Organization skills and orientation to accuracy and detail
+ Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
