This is a full time position, M-F, 8am-4pm.
Able to successfully pass any pre-employment screening, including criminal background check.
The ideal candidate will cheerfully interact with our residents and guests and will be sensitive to the needs and concerns of older adults. Must be comfortable multi-tasking and able to provide excellent customer service!
We are looking for a passionate, curious, charismatic individual to join our team as Receptionist a role is dedicated to, but not limited to the following essential tasks and responsibilities:
· Answering phones, directing callers. Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
· Welcoming residents, vendors, guests. Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information by maintaining employee and department directories.
· Manage and maintain calendar and schedules for front desk staff
· Maintains security by monitoring visitor access, view cameras, and issues passes when required.
· Maintaining staff /department head list
· Misc. resource management
· Misc. administrative assistance for accounting, making change from petty cash fund, handling resident petty cash
· Mail, messengering, shipping, etc.
· Maintains a pleasant appearance of the reception area.
