Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a front desk / badging attendant to assist with overseeing access to the data center environment and providing support to the data center hardware team. This individual must be comfortable working 5 days per week onsite in Plano, TX, with alternating weekly shift hours (one week working 7am-4pm, next week working 10am-7pm)
Overall responsibilities are below:
- Reviewing and validating data center access for outside vendors and NTT employees through the data center ticketing system
- Escorting outside vendors inside the data center environment
- Accepting and storing parts and packages delivered to the site
- Tracking office supply inventory for the data center hardware team
- Manage the activation of new badges and the deactivation of old badges for the site

- Background in customer service
- Experience with MS Office
- Strong communication skills - Prior data center environment experience null
