Do you make great first impressions? Do you never meet a stranger? If so, HealthCARE Express is searching for reliable and energetic personalities to join our D.O.F.I. team for a full-time position. "What is D.O.F.I?" you ask. It stands for Director of First Impressions. As the face of the company, the front desk position is a vital part of our organization and patient care.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll greet patients, verify information, and ensure the accuracy of data in the system. You will also provide assistance when patients need it, answer telephone calls promptly, and courteously address inquiries. Part of your duties includes monitoring clinic forms and replenishing them as needed, maintaining proper credit/payment on patient accounts, and performing cashiering duties such as posting charges and printing receipts. You will also be responsible for scanning patient information and reports into the computer system, verifying insurance, and maintaining extreme patient confidentiality at all times.
You will address patient concerns in a timely manner, maintain a professional demeanor with patients and medical staff, and remain flexible for cross-training. Occasionally, you may take on tasks outside your normal duties. Observing and identifying what is needed to keep the organization moving forward is an essential part of representing who we are. Other duties may be assigned to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and uphold our organizational values.
Pay Information:
Pay for this position is $15.00 and up per hour, depending on experience, with hours varying at 30+ hours per week.

HealthCARE Express operates 16 urgent care facilities, a specialty clinic, and a medical billing department across Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
Note: All new hires will have mandatory four-day training in Texarkana.
