Responsibilities:
- Works under moderate supervision to provide customer service and process guest requests and reservations.
- Applies knowledge of Company products, services, and policies and services, to evaluate customer’s needs, provide information, resolve complaints, and to generate sales.
- Processes and monitors transactions and verifies successful completion.
- Maintains records of reservations and transactions within appropriate logs.
- Performs clerical duties required by departmental supervision.
- Answers calls from customers, team members and leadership and respond to guests' queries, process guest requests and reservations.
- Process and coordinate guest amenity requests, reservations, and special requests.
- May be asked to assist in other Hotel Services areas as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED certification is required.
- Customer Service experience is preferred.
- This position requires an individual whom is responsible, reliable, organized, works well under pressure and is detailed oriented.
- Requires basic math skills and ability to read, write, and speak English accurately and professionally.
- Successful completion of an employment background including a credit check.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
